Working with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Officers to prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Assist in Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Assist in Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Assist in Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of intelligence to identify value creating opportunities within the supply chain.
Support development of category strategies then implement and execute strategy.
In conjunction with Procurement manager develop and execute procurement strategies.
Assist in developing/ agreeing with internal customer, Service level Agreements, Risk Management programme and appropriate supply measurement tools to assist in driving continuous improvement
