Quality Control Supervisor - Ibadan at Eat'N'Go Limited

• Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards
• Develops testing schedule for raw materials based on the production requirements, finished products for marketing needs and stability samples to provide annual reports
• Reporting noncompliance
• Identify deviation in standard
• Implementing FSMS,
• Ensure FEFO and FIFO is followed
• Work to resolve and prevent customer complaints
• Ensuring strict Adherence to GMP and GHP 
• Adequate knowledge on food hazard

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the same field
• B.sc in related field
• Process Control Documentation
• Store Management
• Stock Rotation
• Packaging knowledge
• Inventory Control,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skill
• Material Management
• Knowledge of SAP and NAV is a MUST
• Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage
