Job Description

• Providing quality input reports to improve product quality and consistency.
• Research and work onnew products
• Analysis of various samples and analyze the scope of improvementof its products.
• To work on product improvement as per organizational requirement
• To do detailed root cause analysis for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
• To do accurate documentation of all tests and analysis and submit report to the concerned authority.
• To ensure all lab equipment and instruments are in proper operations and calibrated as per standards

Qualification

• HND / B.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related sourse

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years practical experience from a paints production company

Other Conditions:

• They must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
• Ideal candidates should presently reside in Aba axis or can easily procure accommodation.
• He must preferably have worked or is currently working in a key paints production company with organized systems and procedures

Skill Set:

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Attention to details
• Leadership skills.
