Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ascentech Services Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement in the factory
• Ensuring that QA compliance objectives and targets are achieved.
• Collating assurance data for the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Supervising staff in carrying out tests and checks on raw materials in process and products.
• Persuading reluctant staff in change their ways of working to incorporate quality methods
• Verify that procedures are in use, functional and efficient.
• Supervise corrective action system.
• Visit to outsource contractors/suppliers to ensure they comply with our quality standards
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated by staff.
• Any other work that may be assigned by the Management 

Qualifications

First degree or Higher National diploma in a relevant field (preferably science, Industrial chemistry) with a post graduate working experience of not less than 3 -5 years in a reputable organization. Must be effective communicator and possess leadership qualities
