Description

• We are looking to hire a dedicated and focused Quality Assurance Analyst who will perform test execution, documentation checks, and compliance validation for software releases. The role will support QA Engineers in ensuring that all builds meet MAX’s standards of reliability, security, and readiness for deployment. You’ll also use AI-assisted tools such as TestGPT, ChatGPT, and Copilot to generate test cases, validate results, and streamline documentation.

What You’ll Do:

Test Execution & Quality Validation

• Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Validate functional, UI, and usability requirements against user stories.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps.
• Participate in regression and user acceptance testing.

Compliance & Documentation

• Review QA evidence and release documentation to ensure all deliverables meet compliance gates.
• Upload and maintain test results, screenshots, and reports on Confluence.
• Support QA Engineers in verifying readiness across Security, QA, and UAT gates.

AI-Enabled Testing

• Use AI tools (TestGPT, ChatGPT, Copilot) to draft and refine test cases.
• Apply prompts to improve test coverage and documentation quality.
• Provide feedback on AI-generated test output for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with developers and product owners during sprints.
• Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in software testing or QA support.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Postman, or Cypress is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile Scrum.
• ISTQB Foundation or similar certification is an advantage
