    Fleet Officer - Activation/Documentation ( Osogbo)

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    Documentation

    • Maintain a record of all new vehicles delivered to the premises.
    • Maintain documentation detailing all setup-related processes from delivery to activation.
    • Maintain a record of vehicles within their jurisdiction and manage the renewal process for expired vehicle documents (e.g., plate numbers, insurance).
    • Maintain a record of inventory in stores within their jurisdiction.
    • Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs upon delivery.

    Vehicle Setup and Activation

    • Ensure the timely setup of vehicles from initial delivery to activation.
    • Upload accurate vehicle details into VAMS upon delivery and update until activation.
    • Liaise with third-party contractors for painting, branding, and other setup-related processes to ensure prompt readiness.
    • Liaise with the Documentation team to ensure vehicle plate numbers, insurance, and other documentation are delivered in time for activation.
    • Follow up on the setup process until the vehicle is activated.
    • Coordinate sorting and arrangement of vehicles designated for other locations, and follow up until delivery is confirmed.
    • Ensure timely resolution of insurance-related matters, including renewals and claims.
    • Hand over documentation to Champions once hire-purchase (HP) is completed.

    Inventory Operations

    • Manage inventory records and issue spare parts as required.

    Administrative Functions

    • Manage the departmental float card and petty expenses.

    Requirements

    • 2yrs fleet management
    • Minimum of HND/BSC in any Engineering discipline.
    • Logistics industry preference

    Fleet Officer Refurbishment/ Maintenance

    Description

    • Document evidence of pre-inspection and post-inspection for vehicles
    •  Test vehicles before maintenance to ascertain the level of repair to be carried out
    •  Follow up the process of repair to ensure that spare parts appropriated for maintenance work are utilized judiciously
    •  Work with the vehicle maintenance manager to improve checklists and maintenance routines
    •  Periodically visit Authorized Service Workshops to confirm that maintenance work is carried out according to MAX routines and standards
    •  Inspect/Test Vehicles after maintenance to ensure that the needed repairs are carried out
    •  Support in the assessment of vehicles using the per-assessment checklist before refurbishment is carried out to ascertain the level of damage
    •  Inspect spare parts that are to be used for refurbishment purposes to ensure it meets the requirements
    •  Inspect/Test vehicles after refurbishment using the post-assessment checklist to confirm the vehicles are refurbished to set standards
    •  Guide technicians on maintenance best practices
    •  Ensure job cards are filled out for every vehicle brought into the facility for maintenance/refurbishment
    •  Conduct frequent training of technicians

    Security Control Room Officer

    • We seek an experienced Security Control Room Officer who will provide safety consultation to MAX business operations across locations. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of all MAX  employees and physical assets(Fleet), from any physical and security threats. This role reports directly to the Security Liaison. You must be a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. We are also committed to and encourage equal opportunity. 

    What You’ll Do:

    MAX Safety

    • Provide safety consultation to MAX employees and champions about insecurities and travel advisory
    • Select and implement the most effective systems for employees, fleet and champions protection(manage security company engagement, ensure all facilities are adequately monitored and define security rules in each facility)
    • Identify any potential threats to employees' and champions' information or physical safety
    • Interact with employees and champions to keep them abreast of best security practices
    • Lead educational efforts to empower employees and champions to prevent security threats of any kind
    • Develop, write and publish materials outlining security procedures for MAX
    • Conduct regular tests on processes/trips to determine areas that are vulnerable to attack
    • Prepare security reports for clients, managers and other important personnel
    • Recommend actions to prevent attacks in security’s weak areas
    • Establish liaisons with security agencies to ensure employees', fleet  and champions safety is prioritised
    • Competitive intelligence and new market opportunities

    Health & Safety

    • Test and analyze MAX assets for potential security threats
    • Conduct security threat assessments and advise the Management accordingly
    • Be the point person with clients to discuss security measures, provide information and feedback to MAX Management
    • Identify any potential threats to MAX employees, determine the best security measures, and advise accordingly
    • Collaborate with People Operations and Operations Manager to lead or assist with any internal investigations
    • Fight internal security threats as well as external ones
    • Interact with all employees to keep them abreast of best security practices
    • Educate the staff to prevent security threats of any kind
    • Develop and implement MAX Security Policy and Procedures across all locations

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
    • Experience in global/international security contexts
    • Ability to combat physical threats in the workplace

    Telematics Officer

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    • Keeps a record of all tracker IMEIs and their SIM phone numbers
    • Maintain record of all vehicles tracked within area of jurisdiction
    • Install and manage trackers on all vehicles within area of jurisdiction
    • Ensure every vehicle is tracked and reporting live location on the IoT Platform
    • Monitor and ensure all vehicles are within theiir primary locations
    • Work with Collections, Recovery and Welfare teams by providing accurate vehicle locations when needed

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    Description

    • We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer who will be working with software delivery teams. The ideal person will be responsible for driving end-to-end software testing and compliance validation across MAX’s technology ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure and the PMO teams to ensure that all deliverables meet required quality, performance, and documentation standards. In addition to hands-on testing, you will help institutionalize AI-first QA practices, leveraging tools such as Copilot, TestGPT, and ChatGPT to automate and optimize test coverage, improve release readiness, and support continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Do:

    Software Testing & Quality Control

    • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.
    • Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
    • Ensure each sprint and release meets defined acceptance criteria before deployment.

    Compliance and Release Governance

    • Drive compliance checks across all software delivery gates (QA, UAT, Security, and Production).
    • Validate all project documentation — test plans, sign-offs, change requests, and release notes — to confirm readiness for deployment.
    • Collaborate with PMO and Release Management to maintain traceability of quality artifacts.
    • Act as the final gatekeeper for release readiness, ensuring quality and compliance alignment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or software delivery compliance.
    • Experience with web and mobile testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
    • Strong familiarity with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
    • Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
