Position Description
mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our QualityRx team as a Key Account Junior Associate in Port Harcourt.
Key Responsibilities;
Drive Business growth through strategic key account management
Build strong customer relationships and facilitate effective communication
Ensure proper handling of financial transactions to enhance operational compliance
Respond promptly to the facility’s concerns and provide effective solutions in a professional manner
Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Adequately communicate and implement mutti brand benefits to facilities for increased brand awareness
Work closely with Partners to receive orders, ensuring optimal stocking
Facilitate regular Business engagement meetings with partners to discuss performance and align on mutually beneficial strategies
Utilize insights from Bloom Data (company proprietary software) to implement facility-specific strategies
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, or Business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational compliance.
