Provider Network and Quality Assurance Executive at Critical Recue International (CRI)

PROFILE

• Medical Doctor (MBBS) OR Nurse (BSc. Nursing)
• Five (5) years working experience post graduation
• Good clinical knowledge
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the Provider Network/Quality assurance Department of a Health Maintenance Organization
• Experience of having worked in the HMO Call Center is an advantage.

JOD DESCRIPTION: PROVIDER NETWORK AND QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

• The candidate is expected to have a vast knowledge of the location of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary healthcare service providers in Nigeria
• The candidate must be able to identify these healthcare service providers in relations to their areas of specialization and competence
• The candidate will be expected to strategically plan and implement healthcare facilities Local and National Area Network expansion.
• The candidate will be expected to draw up and implement SOP’s for emergency service provision
• The candidate will be expected to draw up and implement SOP’s for carrying out Quality Assurance Assessments for Healthcare Facilities
• The candidate must have good communication skills; the ability to speak more than one Nigerian language is an added advantage
• The candidate must be able to fluently and articulately communicate in English
• The candidate must have good negotiation skills
• The candidate must have good conflict resolution skills
• The candidate must have good interpersonal and relationship management skills
• The candidate must have good knowledge on the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
