The Nigeria Promotions Manager will be based in Lagos and report to the Country Manager (Nigeria). This role will cover all aspects of Casino and sports promotions and marketing, with a focus on Bonus campaign planning, marketing and analysis, segmentation, and customer journeys for the Nigerian market.
You will develop a clear understanding of the player activity to help increase Key Metrics including retention, Cross-sell, and revenue. You will also get the opportunity to carry out various marketing activities, including campaign creation, digital, media, brand, and product development.

Key Responsibilities
Leading the charge that focuses on the planning, marketing, and reporting of Promotions in Nigeria
Strong Leadership and organisational skills with the ability to delegate work and manage team priorities
Ensuring the team are working efficiently, focusing on the prioritised tasks with a key focus on their performance development
Executing, analysing and reporting on campaigns through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance
Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all player segments
Planning ahead with the CRM Team to ensure full support of all campaigns via email, log in messages, push notifications & SMS
Collaborate with the Casino Team to promote and get customers engaged on the relevant content at the right times
Working with Third Parties to use funding to promote their content when relevant
Work with the Insights team to help assess promotional performance for Sports & Casino
Working with our legal department to create Terms and Conditions
Teaming up with our Marketing Design Team to create promotional design briefs
Competitor analysis and market development
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Previous experience in online gaming within Casino and Sports
Experience managing direct reports on a daily basis with a strong focus of their performance development
A Deep understanding of what a great customer experience looks like in the promotion and retention area of the industry
A good understanding of Responsible Gambling and advertising rules
A wide degree of creativity, brimming with new and innovative ideas
Numerically strong with good excel and reporting skills
Good technical understanding and ability to adapt to new tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure completion of all tasks
Customer focused and eager to improve the customer experience
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
