Project Supervisor at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• manage all handy men related to work projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
• Manage changes to the project, project schedule and project costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Develop spreadsheets and diagrams to document needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Competency/Skill/Requirements

At least five year work experience in supervisiong production related projects

• BSC engineeirng or Architecture will be an added advantage
• Project management skills in a production-related environment A MUST
• good financial planning skills
• good project management skills
• excellent people management skills
