    Project Supervisor

    Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan,organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery andclient satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategy & Budgets:

    • Implement and maintain installation strategies aligned with customer objectives.
    • Develop systems to track productivity, standards, and performance targets to ensure effective installation and project completion.
    • Provide daily updates on site status and progress.

    Installation Planning & Organizing:

    • Plan and oversee day-to-day site installations to meet specifications and deadlinesand exceed our customers’ expectations
    • Optimize workflows and evaluate installation schedules for team development tomeasure due date delivery performance.
    • Conduct pre-installation meetings and implement cost-saving strategies to reduceexpenses and increase productivity across all client sites
    • Develop and maintain metrics for quality, delivery, and safety.

    Team Management:

    • Build strong rapport with the installation team through open communication,promote a positive, safe , productive and efficient work environment
    • Continually analyze, identify and set expectations to motivate team members toachieve objectives and goals
    • Daily appraisal of team members to ensure excellent performance.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure products meet quality standards to reduce rework costs.
    • Monitor installation standards at all stages.

    Process Improvement:

    • Recommend measures to minimize waste and improve installation practices.
    • Promote continuous improvement and self-development.

    Customer Management:

    • Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of installations.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.

    Key Requirements

    • HND /B.Sc Degreein Architecture or any other relevant discipline
    • Advanced Degrees (M.Sc., MBA) or certifications (PMP) are an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing orarchitecture.
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving.
