Roles and Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and standards.
• Enforce adherence to safety and quality control measures on-site.

Technical Implementation:

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for site teams.
• Resolve construction challenges in coordination with project engineers and architects.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate daily site logs, materials records, and progress reports.
• Communicate project status and issues promptly to management.

Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes

• Proven project management experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles.
• Good organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of site-based experience
• Strong knowledge of project documentation
• Ability to manage subcontractors and teams
