Project Senior Executive at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

The Project Senior Executive will lead and coordinate the execution of civil, construction and other projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns to the PMO.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Budget & Resource Management: Support cost control efforts, track resource utilization, and ensure efficient deployment of materials and manpower.
• Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management processes, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in civil or construction project execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage vendors and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) is an advantage.
