    • Lead day‑to‑day coordination of field activities across project locations, ensuring alignment with the workplan and UK PACT requirements.
    • Organize and oversee community engagement sessions, capacity‑building workshops, field demonstrations, and stakeholder consultations related to clean energy and climate resilience.
    • Support technical teams to translate programme guidance into practical, well‑executed field interventions.
    • Track progress of field activities, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate timely solutions with relevant teams.

    CrossTeam Liaison 20 %

    • Serve as the operational link between field activities and internal teams (operations, finance, and programme).
    • Coordinate logistics, procurement requests, travel arrangements, and asset needs with the operations team.
    • Work closely with finance teams to support budgeting, cash forecasts, reconciliations, and compliance with UK PACT financial procedures.
    • Collaborate with programmer teams to ensure field activities reflect technical priorities and deliver expected outputs.

    Government & Stakeholder Engagement 20%

    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with federal, state, and local government counterparts, ensuring alignment with Nigeria’s clean energy and climate priorities.
    • Facilitate government participation in project activities, including training, consultations, and field missions.
    • Engage community leaders, private‑sector actors, and local partners to strengthen ownership, participation, and sustainability of project interventions.
    • Represent Energy 4 Impact in local coordination forums and relevant stakeholder platforms.

    Administrative & Logistical Management 20%

    • Lead administrative processes for field planning, including scheduling, documentation, approvals, and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate and compliant records of field activities, participant lists, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.
    • Ensure all field operations adhere to Energy 4 Impact and UK PACT policies, safeguarding standards, and health & safety protocols.
    • Support risk assessments and mitigation planning for field activities.

    Monitoring, Reporting & Learning 10%

    • Collect field data, feedback, and observations to inform programme reporting and adaptive management.
    • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports, case studies, and lessons learned in line with UK PACT reporting formats.
    • Support monitoring visits and ensure timely follow‑up on action points.

    Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in energy, environmental studies, development studies, project management, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience coordinating field activities in development, climate, or energy‑related programs in Nigeria.
    • Experience working with government institutions, communities, and diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong coordination, logistics, and administrative skills, with experience managing multi‑partner field operations.
    • Familiarity with donor‑funded projects (experience with UK PACT or similar programs is an advantage).
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
    • Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.
