Project Manager at Uleval Technology

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, create detailed project plans, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to ensure they understand the project goals and their role in achieving them.
• Foster a collaborative working environment, encouraging team participation and ownership of project tasks.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Scrum Master.
