About the job

• The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, tracking, implementation, and completion of all projects.
• The incumbent will oversee project delivery with respect to cost, time and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Provide real time project visibility using effective project management tools.
• Understand customers’ specific business needs and the required expectations based on project peculiarities.
• Monitor project deliverables/timelines and drive effective stakeholders' communication in order to eliminate project delivery gaps.
• Keep records of all projects delivered by the company and support all audit processes.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the status on each project.
• Coach and provide support to project team members on tasks assigned to them.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Project Management
• Relevant Project Management Certifications
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and Communication skills
• Experience in managing time and cost on project delivery
• Previous experience in managing customers' expectations
• Experience in using Microsoft Project Mgt. Online and other project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
