Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead our highway engineering projects.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage and report on project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Collaborate with the project director to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in highway engineering, preferably in a project management role
• Professional certification, such as COREN or NSE, is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of highway engineering principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
