Project Manager at Edves Digital Education

Responsibilities:

Event Planning:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events related to Edves initiatives, including product launches, workshops, and training sessions.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines to ensure successful and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create engaging and impactful events.

Software Deployment:

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Edves software solutions and related services in public and private schools, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand software requirements and customize deployment plans based on school needs.
• Conduct training sessions for school administrators, educators, and other end-users on Edves software features and functionalities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate strong relationships with public school administrators, government officials, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during software deployment, addressing concerns, and providing effective solutions.

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on event planning and software deployment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward project goals.
• Knowledge of the education sector, especially in the context of public schools, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
