Job Summary

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing construction projects from conception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive project plans that merge technical, financial and client requirement.
• Oversee site operations and manage construction teams.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Fostering strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Driving innovation in sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Professional certification PMP, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
