Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join its team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept development to completion.
• The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Ensure adherence to building regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural project management
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and contract administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body is an added advantage.
