Project Manager at Alphabait Realty Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects efficiently from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
5. Track project performance and provide regular progress reports.
6. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
8. Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals.
9. Monitor resource allocation and optimize efficiency.
10. Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management (construction/real estate preferred).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

1. PMP (Project Management Professional) – highly preferred
2. COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) certification
3. NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) membership
4. Prince2 Certification (added advantage)
5. NEBOSH or HSE Certification (for safety compliance)
