    Project Manager

    About the job

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation designing and applying appropriate project management standard for incorporation.
    • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
    • Planning, monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
    • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. · Adopting and applying appropriate technical quality strategies and standards.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

    Competency and Skill Requirement

    • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
    • 3-5 years proven work experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
    • Solid technical background with understanding project management software tools, methodologieand best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline4
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
