Project Management Officer at Trivest Technologies

Overview

We are looking for a self-starter who is keen to get into a project-based role, organized and can manage their time effectively, and who wants to work in a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables are accomplished within the constraint of time, cost and scope
• Interface with clients before mobilization, during execution and at project delivery.
• Facilitating project related meetings both internally and externally and circulating updates to all stakeholders timely.
• Developing the project management plan to aid delivery of each project.
• Analyzing and managing project risks.
• Ensure proper documentation for all projects and continuous update of same.

What do You Need?

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2:2 (or equivalent) from a top University in Social Science or relevant degree
• Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication and management skills.
• Agile learner with an ability to think on your feet to find solutions;
• Candidates with specific project management experiences are strongly encouraged to apply
• An interest in working within the security technology sector.
