    Project Management Information System (PMIS) Coordinator

    • Engagement with responsible parties within regulatory authorities for processing of approval & title documents for our Development Company projects (Layouts. Titles, building plans etc)
    • Co-ordinate and resolve areas of conflicts (encroachments, regional roads etc)
    • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings for respective projects.
    • Accurate distribution of documents as directed and required within the project reporting structure.
    • Responsible for customer documentation and engaging support systems for efficient service delivery.
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications and documentation, including distribution as appropriate, obtaining background information and preparing responses when required.
    • Maintain documents and correspondence within a proper filing system under safe custody.
    • Responsible for managing the customer database and customer engagement activities (e.g open house, meetings etc).
    • Providing support and assistance to the departments in any coordination tasks where necessary.
    • Initiate newsletters and project update.
    • Liaise and manage communications between the Development Planning & Control Department and the Sales Department concerning the allocation of property to customers, also clearly stating the amenities to be provided on each project.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or any related field
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry
    • Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows is required.
    • Experience in client-facing roles
    • Technology driven thinking and detail oriented
    • 1+ years of e-Builder ™ or other PMIS software experience is a plus
    • Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools is a plus
    • Experience in data analytics is a plus.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 
    • Knowledge of relevant systems and process within the various projects.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    •  Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
    • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
