About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
• Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Participate in project meetings and record minutes/action points.
• Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Learn and apply project management tools, systems, and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or Engineering
• Strong interest in project management within engineering/technical environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly zealous, enthusiastic, and willing to work hard and learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to project management software is an advantage.
