Project Implementation Strategist at Norrenberger Financial Group

The Project Implementation Strategist will lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, efficiency, and market expansion. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to ensure seamless implementation of corporate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic initiatives across subsidiaries.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Align projects with corporate strategy and business goals.
• Drive business transformation and market expansion efforts.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and regulations.
• Track project KPIs and report progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–7 years in strategy execution, project management, or consulting.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and investments.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (MS Project, Asana, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
