The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects within YPHO. This role requires leadership in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to ensure they meet YPHO’s goals and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and execution of project activities across different sectors.
Ensure timely implementation of projects and adherence to budget and work plans.
Liaise with donors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management.
Identify challenges and develop solutions to improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or relevant field.
4+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
