Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Associate to support the coordination and execution of production and branding projects.
• This is an entry-level opportunity open to candidates with little or no prior experience, but with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the printing and branding industry.
• The role involves supporting project tracking, documentation, and communication across teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating production projects from initiation to delivery
• Track project progress and follow up with relevant teams
• Support communication with vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Ensure materials and samples are prepared and approved before production
• Maintain accurate project documentation (COPs, delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
• Escalate delays or issues to the Project Officer when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Strong willingness to learn about printing and branding processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
