Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property development/ construction industry.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills- ability to convey project updates/information, analyze data & situations to make informed decisions.
Verifiable track record as a Construction Project Architect handling strong architectural designs and production information.
Proven on-site experience developing actionable project plans and budgets, reviewing & approving architectural designs and instituting measures to effectively monitor progress on projects.
Experience coordinating all project teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to quality control standards during project's duration.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite which includes project and architectural softwares e.g Revit.
