We are looking to engage the services of a Project Architect who will be responsible for managing construction projects from the design conceptualization phase till completion of the construction.
The Profile
First Degree or HND in Architecture from a reputable tertiary institution.
ARCON certification with at least 3 years post certification experience in a reputable architectural firm.
Monitoring the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
Provide clients with recommendations on building code requirements, zoning and material specifications.
Monitor and review the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, estimates, plans and reports for correctness and accuracy.
Oversee the development and implementation of architectural designs for projects and ensure compliance with specific standards, building codes, guidelines & regulations.
Coordinate the project design team to ensure constructions are completed promptly and within cost budget.
