Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ professional experiencedelivering high-quality, design-driven projects and must be38 years of age or younger.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Produce and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Conduct site visits, review progress, and resolve technical or design issues during construction.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Prepare and lead presentations for internal and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed architect (or in the process, depending on jurisdiction).
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with proven project leadership.
• Must be 38 years of age or youngerat the time of application.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed, built work across relevant project types.
