    Project Architect

    Job Summary

    The Project Architect, will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the architectural aspects of various projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of architectural design concepts.
    • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
    • Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
    • Oversee and manage all architectural aspects of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
    • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other project components.
    • Present and communicate design concepts and project updates effectively.
    • Integrate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
    • Act as a liaison between design and construction teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any deviations from the approved plans.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND Degree in Architecture or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and on-site supervision.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc
