Programs Officer at Resource Intermediaries Limited

LOCATION: Bodija, Ibadan

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, plus occasional weekends

QUALIFICATION: HND/BSc in Social Sciences or related field

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years

SALARY: 100-150k

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of safeguarding principles.
• Strong understanding of governance systems and policy framework, human right based approaches and education sector.
• Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with community engagements.

MAIN TASKS OR ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB:

• Collaboratively work with other project team members to maximize productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and track project work plans, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule and to expected quality standards.
• Provide timely and accurate project updates through both verbal briefings and comprehensive written reports to management.
• Consistently uphold the confidentiality of stakeholders and demonstrate a strong commitment to donor expectations and project integrity.t.
