Assist in developing programme plans, objectives, and goals, considering timelines and available resources.
Work with team to understand project milestones and coordinate programme to ensure these milestones are met.
Facilitate effective communication among training facilitators, participants and partners. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Tracking progress of ongoing programmes and provide feedback to project lead.
Develop a feedback form to get participants’ feedback on training programme, facilitators and training environment.
Supervise and monitor project timelines, identify potential delays or issues, and take appropriate actions to address them.
Coordinate resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and aid optimal service delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Generate regular progress reports and present them to project lead and partners (where necessary).
Ensure that project records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of training meets the set milestones.
Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including funding partner, employers, vendors, etc.
Assist in the completion of project activities and ensure all deliverables are finalized and documented appropriately.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Support the transition of project outcomes to relevant parties or departments.
Qualifications
BSc/HND in computer science, project management, or other related field.
1-2years experience working experience
