Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapy plans tailored to children with special needs.
Provide regular clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that all therapeutic practices align with ethical standards, best practices, and the foundation’s inclusive values.
Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and program staff to foster holistic care.
Support training initiatives and contribute to building the internal capacity of the therapy team.
Maintain documentation and reporting standards for therapy outcomes and compliance.
Participating in the assessment and evaluation of children\\\'s behavior and progress, with a focus on personalized learning and development.
Requirements:
Completion of relevant training programs or certifications related to therapy for children with special needs.
Possession of a degree in psychology, Special education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with children, preferably in a special needs or therapy environment, with an understanding of individualized curriculum development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to inclusive, child-centered care and advocacy.
Experience working in nonprofit or community-based settings is a plus.
