Work with program managers to develop program plans and documentation.
Support project officers to ensure adequate research, data collection, data analysis, proposal writing, and collection of program information from surveys/questionaries.
Implement, post-implement activities and report writing.
Engage in community cluster activities when required to ensure adequate communication, seamless project implementation, and impact assessments.
Work with the project team to meet the company’s broad objectives.
Engage both internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustained information transfer, research, reporting, and learning pointers.
Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the program lead.
Requirements:
First degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, International Development, Statistics, or in any relevant field.
1+ years of experience as a program officer preferably in a non-governmental organization.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and innovative mindset.
Good command of social media dynamics.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong team spirit, culturally and politically diverse.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative mindset, strong team spirit.
Excellent communication skills and ability to learn fast.
A good command of English and any of the 3 major Nigerian local Languages is required (Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo).
