Job Summary:

• We are seeking highly skilled Professional Carpenters with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience to handle complex carpentry projects and supervise a small team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability to ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced carpentry works including furniture construction, fittings, installations, and finishing.
• Interpret and work from drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate a small team of junior carpenters and artisans.
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and design standards.
• Manage materials efficiently and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to meet project timelines.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of proven carpentry experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or furniture projects.
• Trade Test Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent technical knowledge of woodwork, joinery, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
