Provide full‑spectrum Production Technology (PT) support to the Bonga North Asset, covering WRFM, well integrity, ARPR, LTRO, and pre‑DG1 studies.
You will also contribute PT expertise to Erha/Erha North Asset (NOV) and support wider ADSSM Deepwater WRFM and hydrocarbon resource management activities.
Key Accountabilities
Deliver high‑quality Production Technology input across WRFM, ARPR, LTRO and resource maturation activities.
Support implementation of the WRFM processes including the Practice Table. Ensure that the global WRFM standards (including the Minimum Requirements) are implemented.
Promote the application of appropriate new technology and techniques in enhancing production potential and reducing locked in potential.
Plan and implement fit-for-purpose surveillance data acquisition, interpretation and management for production maximization and to meet statutory requirements.
Drive the implementation of production system optimization activities based on WRFM global processes and minimum standards, including building integrated models (IPSM).
Lead a structured review of wells (including closed-in wells) and reservoirs in the node to identify short term oil/gas generation opportunities or propose future use plan for the wells.
Monitor and participate in milestone QA/QCs in accordance to DCAF requirements and ensure that the relevant technical assurance is completed for all disciplines that participate in WRFM
Provide input to the resource volume and forecast data in the annual business plan, medium term and short-term activity plans.
Support SEC, NNS and PRCS‑compliant resource volume estimation and reporting.
Embed HSSE principles in all work activities.
Foster strong integration and maintain productive working relationships with other disciplines and partners
Provide strong leadership and effective coaching to team members to strengthen technical capability within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Science.
Proven experience in completion design, artificial lift, sand control management, production enhancement & optimisation and well integrity management.
Proficiency with Production Technology Software such as WePS, Prosper, IPSM, FIST, Stim2001, SPOT, WellCat. Knowledge of PI, Production Universe, OFM is an advantage.
Strong experience preparing Production Technology input for WRFM, Well Integrity, well proposals (completion design, well operating envelope definition).
Familiarity with well delivery activities (drilling, recompletions and workovers).
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, teamwork, and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to integrate technical information and assess project risks to support quality investment decisions.
Commitment to coaching team members and strengthening Production Technology capability.
