Production Supervisor at Mantrac Nigeria Ltd

JOB OUTLINE:

• Responsible for planning and implementation of action plans to ensure completion and delivery dates are met, proper utilization of available human and material resources.
• Also responsible for enforcing rules and regulation and generally assists the Line

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that work is accurately planned and organized to meet the targeted completion date.
• Ensures that procedures, instruction and job specifications are followed in the execution of all jobs.
• Demonstrates by documented records that the work has been carried out
• Ensures judicious utilisation of manpower and material resources available for production
• Assists the line manager in planning, co-ordinating, execution of action plans, cost control by monitoring the use of consumables in the plant.
• Collation of production data, reports and arranging for analysis.
• Responsible for interpreting and implementing tech. drawing on the shop floor.
• Responsible for enforcing all safety rules and regulations, investigation of accident cases in the factory

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• B.SC/HND in Engineering with 3 years' experience in the same field.
• Abilityto interpret Engineering drawings.
