Job Type

1. Production supervisor – He should be have relevant experience in sesame cleaning and sortex machine.
2. He should have knowledge of record keeping and ISO systems.
3. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target
4. Daily report on production, ensuring good quality products are produced to meet daily set target, based on GMP, NAFDAC and food safety standard
5. Ensure Proper house keeping of work environment ans standard hygiene in production
6. Ensure proper line up for unit production
7. Cordinate in SOP writings and adheren for each process
8. Ensure full adherence to all process parameters within range
9. Responsible to utilize a computerized system to control most processes
10. Ensure that operators collect sample to proactively identify product quality issues
11. Ensuring proper housekeeping of Work environment,
12. Ensures constant operation of equipment by carrying out and calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques and personnel requirement
13. Plan, schedule and supervise plant operations to ensure proper distribution of work and optimal output
14. Ensures that high standard of product quality and hygiene is maintained in the factory through constant liaison with quality assurance team.
15. Ensure control of waste through proper work methods and good manufacturing practices
16. Any other jobs as assigned by line Manager.
