Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Home Science, Biochemistry and related disciplines. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field could be advantageous for managerial positions.
Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry or specifically in water production
Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and technologies used in water treatment and bottling operations.
Proficiency in identifying production issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Proven record of acting in similar role would be an added advantage.
