    Production Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the FMCG food industry, with proven experience leading large teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets.
    • Ensure production is carried out in compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and regulatory standards.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Oversee production scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
    • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
    • Track production KPIs and generate performance reports for management.
    • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental guidelines.
    • Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors and line workers.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
    • Manage raw material usage and support cost control initiatives.

    Requirements

    • 10–15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, specifically in food production.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of food processing, packaging, and quality control standards.
    • Proven experience managing large teams and factory operations.
    • Excellent knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other food compliance systems.
    • Ability to analyze production data and drive operational efficiency.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
