Production Manager at Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC)

Job Description

• Manage and supervise all production activities in the facility, also ensure the facility operates in a profitable and optimal manner.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
• Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
