Monitoring the changes in the reservoirs that occurs during production and advise accordingly to ensure maximum optimization of the production.
Conduct geological and geophysical analyses to optimize reservoir performance and production.
Develop and maintain static and dynamic reservoir models.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for production enhancement and field development.
Monitor production performance and analyze subsurface data to identify opportunities for production enhancement and reservoir optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field. Advanced degree (master’s degree) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Possess a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in production geology, production optimization or reservoir characterization in an upstream oil and gas company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex subsurface data and develop accurate geological models.
Strong understanding of petroleum geology, reservoir characterization, and production optimization.
Proficiency in geoscience software and tools for geological modeling and data analysis.
Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential
