Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Data Officer to support production operations by accurately capturing and maintaining production data in the company's ERP system.
• The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, support inventory reconciliation, and prepare production reports to facilitate efficient production planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter daily production data into the ERP system.
• Record production orders, batch details, material consumption, finished goods, and wastage.
• Verify production records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Reconcile production data with inventory and warehouse records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support inventory counts, production audits, and maintain organized production documentation.
• Report ERP-related issues affecting production data entry to the IT team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in production data entry or production administration within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience using an ERP system for production transactions is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
