Production Assistant at Tulips and Lilies Confectionery

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, treats, and desserts.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Support bakers and decorators in mixing, baking, frosting, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized production area at all times.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory checks and report shortages of ingredients or supplies.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment and tools properly.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure the workspace is sanitized.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (Catering, Food Technology, or related field is an advantage).
• Previous experience in a bakery, confectionery, or food production environment is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in baking and dessert production.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
