Vendease is launching an innovative restaurant management software that streamlines operations, enhances customer experience, and drives profitability for restaurants. Our platform offers features such as inventory management, order processing, customer relationship management, and analytics. As a Product Sales Lead, you will be tasked with managing the teams across Nigeria as we scale our sales throughout Nigeria.

Job Details

•  Leadership & Strategy: Lead a national team of sales associates, driving sales and market penetration across the restaurant industry. Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the creation and supervision of sales pipelines, ensuring team efficiency and client satisfaction. Oversee budget management and strategic initiatives for expansion.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Customer Obsession: Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to decision-making processes.
