- Candidates must possess a minimum of OND in relevant courses from reputable institutions.
- Must be female only
- Should reside in Benin City or Edo State
- Must be between the ages of 23-30 years
- Very importantly must be computer literate and experienced on the use of Microsoft Office applications.
