    Product/Operations Officer

    Tasks

    • First level support to clients
    • Management of customer relationships
    •  Performance of routine IT tasks

    Basic competence/requirements

    • Understanding of payment systems.
    • Working knowledge of MYSQL, MSSQL, Postgres and Oracle databases.
    • Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office tools like Word/Excel.
    • Working knowledge of Ubuntu/Redhat Linux.
