Role Overview

• Codesquad is looking to hire two Product Managers to drive product strategy, development, and delivery for our innovative projects. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet business goal, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, planning, design, development, and launch activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into actionable product features and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and post-launch support to ensure high product standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with product management and analytics tools such as Figma and Notion.
